King, RPR, CLVS was the 2000-2001 President of the Florida Court Reporters Association and is a long time member of the National Court Reporters Association and is a member of the NCRA Ethics Committee. She constantly stays abreast of all rules concerning court reporters. She regularly contributes articles to court reporting professional publications and conducts educational seminars on rules and ethics for the state association. As an Honorary Member of the Legal Secretaries of Brevard County, Shirley also presents educational seminars for them upon request.
